The last Asian flowers, I swear

I leave Vietnam in about 24 hours, and I'll be firmly out of Asia by Wednesday morning, so these are the last photos of Asian flowers I'll be posting in the foreseeable future (barring edited versions of old photos, of course).


Okay, so I guess I lied in saying that other post was the last waterlily. Oops.

Fun times at Lenin's plaza

Some pictures from this morning. I think they could be improved significantly by playing around a little with the hue saturations, but I prefer to post the unedited copies here. If I like how the edited versions come out I'll post them separately.

A man playing with what appear to be his granddaughters in the plaza in front of the Lenin statue. This picture is cropped down to 3000 by 2000 from the original 3888 by 2592, and the part shown was in the lower right corner (a nearby bag was infringing on the upper left).
